Claire is a dynamic and authentic change leader with over 25 years of corporate experience. In her current role at Australia Post she is the GM Technology - Chief Customer Office & Trusted Services, her focus is on enabling the digitalisation of Australia Post.
Claire commenced her career with Shell, working in a range of technology, business and corporate roles before she commenced a consulting career specialising in Strategy, Business Improvement and Service Management. During this time Claire worked with a range of industry sectors; Banking and Finance, Government (Federal and State), Manufacturing, Utilities and ICT providers.
Anna Ross is the founder and CEO of Kester Black - the ethical, sustainable nail polish and skincare company she launched in 2012 and quickly built into one of the fastest-growing and most innovative beauty brands.
Anna is passing on her success and knowledge. Her business has donated 15% of its revenue to charities, she’s an engaging public speaker and is establishing a financial literacy program, ‘More Cents’, to help schoolgirls become money-smart.
Dr Rowan Brookes
Dr Rowan Brookes works to create a science education for 21st century graduates. Rowan has over a decade of experiencing teaching undergraduate science and leading educational change initiatives in higher education and not-for-profit sector. She is the Director of Education for the School of Biological Sciences and Course Director for the Bachelor of Science Advanced - Global Challenges (Honours) at Monash University. In this advanced science degree her students learn about leadership, entrepreneurship and science diplomacy. Her research focuses on employability skills in science education and leadership education. In 2016 she was the winner of the Telstra Business Women’s Award (public service and academic).
Michelle is the founder of Advancing Women, Women Who Get It (WWGI) and co-founder of social enterprise CDW (Culturally Diverse Women). Michelle’s businesses are all anchored in her mission which is to achieve gender diversity and to advance women in business and the sporting sector. Michelle is a Non-Executive Director for Williamstown VFL Football Club, and Good Shepherd Microfinance. In addition, Michelle is an in-demand speaker, moderator and MC at conferences, leadership forums and diversity events.
